Biocontrol of Powdery Scab (Spongospora subterranea)

In a field experiment, Aspergillus versicolor lm6-50 could reduce the development of powdery scab (Spongospora subterranea) on newly formed tubers. Possibly this will lead to a biocontrol agent that can manage this very persistent disease.
